How To Send Your Film
To ensure your order reaches us safely and can be processed quickly, please follow these guidelines:
Step 1) Package Your Film
-
Use a secure, padded envelope to protect your film during transit.
-
To prevent films from being lost in the post, avoid using paper envelopes that can easily tear, and ensure the envelope is securely sealed to keep all items intact during shipping.

Step 2) Include Your Order Details
Be sure to include your #order number and name inside the package. This helps us locate your order and process it efficiently.

Step 3) Addressing Your Package
Address your package to:

Filmprocessing.co.uk
21 Cornwall Street
Plymouth
Devon
PL1 1NW

Step 4) Shipping Your Package
-
Send your package with your courier of choice.
-
We highly recommend using a tracked service to ensure the parcel can be traced during its journey to us. This adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind.
-
Film rolls and disposable cameras are classified as small parcels when sent via Royal Mail. We recommend verifying with your local post office before mailing. Applying incorrect postage may result in delays and additional charges, which are beyond our control.
-
If you’re sending pre-processed negatives, they may not require this classification. To avoid confusion or overpaying, check with your local post office before sending.

Additional Tips
-
Keep a record of your tracking information in case you need to follow up on the parcel's status.
-
Put a return address on your parcel in case the parcel gets lost in transit
